Job summary

Primoris Pipeline seeks a seasoned Project Controls Manager to lead cost and schedule controls for a portfolio of projects in the Dallas, TX region. You will guide budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and invoicing, ensuring compliance with governance and regulatory standards.

You will manage a team of project controls engineers, estimators and support PMs, delivering accurate cost/schedule reporting and change management throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience as a Project Controls Manager.
• Experience in site construction and direct hire projects.
• Power project experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, Access and Viewpoint.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost controls, schedule controls and risk management for a portfolio of projects.
• Oversee project controls activities from scoping through closeout and handover to Operations.
• Provide cost, schedule, estimating, progress measurement, and change management leadership.
• Support PMP with EVM methods and forecast accuracy.
