Centric Services, a leading natural gas transmission and distribution provider in Texas, seeks a Manager, Project Controls to establish and lead the project controls framework across all gas projects. You will ensure schedule, scope, risk, and performance metrics are managed consistently and provide governance, analytics, and decision support.

You will mentor a project controls team, collaborate with cross-functional groups, and develop dashboards, KPIs, forecasts, and reports to keep leadership

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a senior/lead role on construction projects.

• Establishes and enforces standardized project controls processes across the project portfolio.
• Develops dashboards, KPIs, forecasts, and management reports for actionable project information.
• Owns the enterprise project controls and documentation platform for tracking, risk, and audits.
• Leads the project controls team and communicates cost, schedule, and risk to leadership.
