Ideal candidates have 15+ years in project controls, strong leadership, and experience with MS Office, Power BI, and Viewpoint. The role emphasizes compliance, timely reporting, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience as a Project Controls Manager
• Direct site construction leadership experience required
• Power project experience a plus
• Proficient in MS Office, Power BI, Access, Viewpoint

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with cost controls and schedule controls
• Ensure governance compliance across projects
• Oversee delivery of project controls services from scoping to handover
• Direct and support project controls activities including budgeting, forecasting, and invoicing
• Lead a project controls team and multiple projects simultaneously
