Centric Services is seeking a Manager, Project Controls to establish and lead the project controls framework across gas projects. You will standardize processes, dashboards, and reporting to support governance and informed decision-making.

The role involves mentoring a team, collaborating with cross-functional groups, ensuring schedule, cost, risk, and scope are tracked, and maintaining audit-ready documentation.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business/related field and 7+ years in project controls or senior roles on construction projects.
• Proficiency in cost forecasting, budget management, and variance analysis.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to mentor teams.

Responsabilidades

• Establishes standardized project controls processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Develops dashboards, KPIs, forecasts, and management reports for actionable insights.
• Oversees cost coding, cost tracking, and supplier/contractor invoicing alignment.
• Leads project controls team and communicates complex data to leadership.
• Ensures documentation and governance across systems of record; supports audits.
