Entergy Services, LLC is seeking a Manager, Project Controls to support a multi-billion dollar capital projects portfolio. You will oversee cost, schedule, WBS, and risk management aligned with Entergy’s stage gate process, providing strategic guidance and coaching to project controls teams.

You will partner with project teams, business units, and contractors to ensure accurate reporting, timely decisions, and high-quality information that drives safe, efficient project delivery within corporate

Qualifications

Expert in scheduling, cost control, and risk management.
Proficient with Primavera P6 and Acumen Fuse.
Experience with Monte Carlo simulations (Crystal Ball).
ERP software knowledge.
Advanced Excel and Microsoft 365.
Strong Power BI familiarity.
Critical thinking and complex problem solving.
Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilités

Lead and develop PCM team within a matrix organization.
Create and maintain integrated master schedules using CPM and Acumen Fuse.
Publish monthly SPI and baseline variance analysis reports.
Oversee cost control activities: accruals, CPI, EAC, ETC, change management reporting.
Collaborate with project teams to manage risk registers and mitigation plans.
Coordinate with EPC contractors and vendors to ensure cost, schedule, risk accuracy.
Identify gaps and drive improvements in the project controls environment.
