Job summary

Entergy is seeking a Project Management Subject Matter Expert to lead complex projects typically ranging from $250M to $1.5B, with or without Customer Focus. The role involves coordinating with multiple functions and ensuring cost and schedule objectives while upholding safety, quality, and risk management standards.

The incumbent provides mentorship to other PMs, works through the Entergy Stage Gate process, and collaborates with Supply Chain, OpCo, and Finance to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10 years of project management or construction management experience in the electric utility industry; field experience preferred.
• SME in project and construction management with strong leadership and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Define project organization and assign skilled team members.
• Develop and maintain the Project Execution Plan and adhere to it.
• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk with robust reporting.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure safety and compliance.
