Job summary

Entergy operations in Louisiana are seeking a Project Management Subject Matter Expert to lead complex programs with project costs up to several billions. The role involves directing project teams, ensuring cost and schedule performance, and enforcing safety and risk controls across projects.

The successful candidate will mentor PMs, coordinate with multiple business units, and manage contracts and change control while delivering on Entergy’s standards and governance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred (MBA, Masters in Engineering, Construction, PM).
• 10 years of experience in Project Management, Construction Management, Electric Utility Industry, or related field.
• Field Experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define the project organization structure and assign skilled personnel.
• Coordinate with functional departments to meet corporate standards and guidelines.
• Oversee activities of the project team and navigate the Entergy Stage Gate process.
