Entergy is seeking a Capital Mega Projects Manager to provide expert project management leadership for large-scale electric utility initiatives. You will mentor teams, manage portfolios from $250M to $4B, and drive cost, schedule, safety and risk objectives through strong controls and vendor relationships.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10 years of experience in Project/Construction Management within electric utility or related field.
• PMP certification preferred; strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Mansioni

• Define project organization structure and assign skilled personnel to the project team.
• Coordinate with functional departments to meet corporate standards and guidelines.
• Develop and maintain the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and execute accordingly.
• Ensure project controls for scope, schedule, cost, cash flow, risk, contracts, and communications.
• Monitor safety, construction performance, and contractor/vendor compliance; manage issues promptly.
