Job summary

Delta Utilities is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead scheduling, cost control, forecasting, and reporting across multiple projects. You will collaborate with project managers, engineering, procurement, construction, and finance to deliver on time and within budget, driving data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.

You will mentor team members, oversee risk management and change control, and ensure accurate performance data for executive reviews and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business, or finance.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years in project controls, management, or cost engineering.
• Leadership experience on large or complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee integrated project schedules from initiation through closeout.
• Manage budgets, cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and EACs.
• Produce executive reporting on schedule, cost, productivity, and KPIs.
• Lead risk analysis, mitigation planning, and change order processes.
• Implement and improve project controls systems and data integrity.
• Mentor project controls staff and collaborate across functions.
• Communicate status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
