Job summary

Delta Utilities is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead scheduling, cost control, forecasting, and risk management across capital projects in Baton Rouge. You will drive performance data, ensure data integrity, and guide project teams toward on-time, on-budget delivery.

This role requires a strong background in Primavera P6, Acumen, EcoSys, Power BI, ERP systems, and proven leadership coordinating with engineering, procurement, finance, and construction teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years in project controls, PM, or cost engineering with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and manage integrated project schedules from initiation to closeout.
• Develop budgets, cost reports, and cash flow forecasts; monitor expenditures.
• Produce executive-level reports and dashboards on schedule, cost, and KPIs.
• Identify risks and opportunities; manage change control processes and claims documentation.
