Chesapeake Utilities Corporation is seeking a Lead Project Controls Specialist to drive cost and schedule controls, risk forecasting, and governance across major capital programs. The role emphasizes developing enterprise standards, mentoring staff, and selecting project controls software to enhance reporting and decision making.

You will collaborate with executive leadership and capital governance boards while delivering risk-adjusted forecasts with Monte Carlo analysis outputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 8+ years of project controls or related experience.
• Extensive forecasting, risk analysis, and performance measurement experience.
• Demonstrated experience conducting and interpreting Monte Carlo analyses.
• Experience supporting large complex capital projects or programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost controls, schedule controls, or risk/forecasting controls capability development while ensuring enterprise standards.
• Develop and maintain enterprise project controls procedures and governance frameworks.
• Mentor Project Controls Specialists and support workforce planning.
• Evaluate and implement project controls software and reporting tools.
• Provide technical leadership for major capital programs and strategic initiatives.
