Job summary

DT Midstream seeks a Project Controls Specialist to develop and monitor estimates and schedules, supporting project managers and ensuring disciplined controls across a broad midstream portfolio. The role requires strong analytical skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will lead in-person scheduling sessions, perform critical path analyses, produce progress reports, and mentor junior staff while leveraging MS Project and CPM methodologies in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or business.
• 6 years of Project Controls experience.
• Autonomous in Project Controls activities and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor project estimates and schedules.
• Support project managers with document controls.
• Prepare progress reports and trend charts.
• Lead scheduling sessions and training.
• Analyze critical path and recovery schedules.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Maintain historical estimate data.
