Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead the Project Management Team to establish and maintain project control structure.
• Gather and track quality data used for budgets, contracts, change orders, trends and actual costs.
• Develop and maintain the management reporting database for program controls.
• Produce regular progress reports and advise on conditions affecting timelines or costs.
• Maintain project reports to review and recommend changes to documents as required.
• Develop and maintain a master program schedule to meet time and cost constraints.
• Provide input on project controls procedures aligned with client needs.
• Deliver weekly, monthly, and special client reports with clear analysis of cost/schedule.
• Support claims and variance analysis with MS Project, Primavera, and Excel.
