Fluor Corporation, Elko, NV, is seeking a senior Project Controls Lead to drive the development and execution of a comprehensive project controls plan within the Project Execution Plan. You will guide baseline setup, cost and schedule baselines, and coordinate a team of controls specialists.

You will analyse variances, communicate mitigation plans to Project Management, and oversee Work Breakdown and coding structures to ensure contract alignment.

Formación

• Requires an accredited four-year degree and 15+ years of related project controls experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, coworkers, clients, vendors and contractors.
• Strong knowledge of project controls concepts and ability to learn local regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a project controls plan within the PEP.
• Set up project baselines and track against them regularly.
• Develop cost, schedule, and commercial baselines.
• Provide direction, coaching, and oversight to a team of controls specialists.
• Analyze variances and communicate mitigation plans to Project Management.
• Oversee Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures.
