Job summary

Fluor Corporation is seeking a Project Controls Leader to guide cost engineering and scheduling on projects. You will supervise a small team, coordinate with estimators, and drive EAC/PMAR analyses to safeguard project margins.

The role requires a four-year degree, extensive cost/schedule control experience, and strong communication across management, vendors, and clients. Some travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent with extensive related experience.
• Eight+ years of work-related experience or twelve years if non-degreed.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with local/state/federal guidelines and cost control practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for control and integrity of work defined by the contract.
• Develop fully integrated EPC schedules/cost control programs.
• Recommend recovery plans for schedule/cost impacts or delays.
• Analyze PMAR and variances; communicate mitigation plans to Project Management.
• Coordinate estimate development with the Project Estimator.
• Lead or supervise a Control Team Lead on small/large projects.
