Fluor Corporation is seeking a Project Controls Lead to oversee controls on medium to large projects in the United States. This role may serve as Lead Cost, Lead Planner/Scheduler, or SME for the Project Controls Team, coordinating data, schedules, and cost controls with project management.

You will develop and direct the total Project Controls program, implement WBS structures, analyze variances, and support proposals. Strong leadership and experience with Primavera P6/SAP are preferred.

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree and 12+ years of related experience or 16 years non-degree equivalent.
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders and teams.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal statutes and guidelines.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.

Responsabilités

• Lead Project Controls on medium/large projects and act as SME for the team.
• Develop, implement, and direct the total Project Controls program.
• Lead cost review, planning/scheduling, and data integration processes.
• Contribute to cost, scheduling, and proposal efforts as needed.
• Coordinate with PMO and management on variances and mitigations.
