Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Controls to support the efficient delivery of its NA data center portfolio. You will organize data, implement scalable processes, and lead scheduling, cost estimating, change management, and reporting across projects.

This role is fully remote within the United States. Responsibilities include managing schedule/cost databases, developing dashboards, forecasting, evaluating changes, and partnering with estimating and finance to improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Engineering or certification as Project Controls Manager or equivalent recommended.
• 5 years of experience in project controls management required; 5–7 years preferred.
• Experience with Primavera P6 (P6) software is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities essential.

Responsibilities

• Programmatic Support: Manage schedule and cost databases for assigned projects; ensure consistent use of WBS, CBS, and SOV structures; provide schedule and cost deliverables.
• Reporting: Develop project dashboards and reports; lead month-end forecasting and variance analysis; ensure accurate risk and progress reporting.
• Change Management: Implement workflows and documentation; evaluate design/construction changes for cost/schedule impact; maintain historical data for benchmarking.
• Development Projects: Oversee schedule development across lifecycle stages; ensure contractor compliance; partner with estimating and finance to improve forecasting.
• Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
