Job summary

Entergy Services, LLC is seeking a seasoned Project Manager/Construction Management professional to lead a portfolio of projects typically $30M or greater. You’ll coordinate with the project team, on-site personnel, and contractors to meet cost and schedule objectives while maintaining safety and quality.

The role requires 8+ years in related fields, with PMI PMP certification preferred, and options for relocation within Entergy’s service territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field OR 4 years of equivalent/related work experience in lieu of degree.
• MBA or Master’s in Engineering/Construction/Project Management preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in Project Management, Construction Management, Electric Utility Industry, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Defines the project organization structure and assigns appropriately skilled individuals to the project team.
• Coordinates with functional departments to meet corporate standards and guidelines.
• Oversees activities and guides the project through Entergy’s Stage Gate process with estimates, schedules, gates, etc.
• Develops and maintains the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and ensures adherence.
• Ensures project controls for scope, schedule, quality, cost, cash flow, risk, contracts, and communications.
