Hargrove Engineers & Constructors seeks an experienced Project Controls Leader to guide a team of project controls professionals across engineering and construction projects. You will drive cost control, estimating, scheduling, forecasting, and reporting while fostering team development and client service excellence.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in industrial project controls, strong leadership, and proven ability to manage multiple offices and complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is preferred.
• 10+ years in industrial project controls, cost control, estimating, scheduling, and PM.
• Professional certifications in PM, Planning, Scheduling, Estimating, or Cost Control preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project controls professionals.
• Oversee project controls deliverables for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Manage cost control, estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
• Develop and maintain budgets, schedules, progress metrics, and change processes.
• Support project execution through planning, resources, and performance tracking.
• Review estimates and monitor financial performance across projects.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, teams, and clients to meet objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement with best practices and technology.
