Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain time-phased project cost and resource forecasts; validate costs.
• Monitor progress and update schedule baselines and accruals.
• Perform earned value management reporting for portfolios.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and mentor.
• Document changes and assess impact on baselines.
