Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or Business with 10 years of related experience, or 14 years in lieu of education.
• Experience in EPC/A&E project controls including scheduling, cost estimating, and document control.
• Certifications such as PSP/EVP/CCP/CEP/DRMP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and manages project controls staff including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Develops and publishes Project Controls manuals and progress reports.
• Supervises scheduling efforts and baseline analysis.
• Oversees cost management, cost reports and change management deliverables.
• Analyzes variances and recommends corrective actions.
• Maintains project controls systems (PMCS, document control, cost/scheduling).
• Provides weekly and monthly status reports to client and PM staff.
