Job summary

The role involves developing project scope and fee quotations, managing contract negotiations, staffing, risk and change management, and coordinating with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 12 years of relevant experience.
• 4 years of successful management of engineering projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotations, and assist in proposals and contracts.
• Serve as primary client liaison and manage project team to deliver scope, schedule, and budgets.
• Lead project delivery using SDA and develop and execute the project management plan.
• Supervise staffing, succession planning, and performance reviews.
• Support business development and client relationship building for mega projects.
