Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Controls in Missouri to provide portfolio-level oversight of project controls delivery at the project & development services level. The role combines technical leadership with people leadership and client advisory responsibilities.

You will mentor managers and senior staff, influence staffing and delivery models, and contribute to internal tools and processes while engaging with client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Certification preferred.
• Thirteen or more years of related experience with 2 or more years of management experience required.
• Ability to contribute to the strategic direction of the assigned department or assigned practice area.
• Advanced project controls skills.
• Expert in client relations, client management and consulting.
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
• Expertise using cost and schedule management software.
• Experience within construction, life sciences, data centers, industrial or related technical field.
• Exemplary communication skills – both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide portfolio-level oversight of project controls delivery.
• Establish delivery strategies, controls frameworks, and governance structures.
• Serve as senior advisor to client stakeholders.
• Mentor and oversee Managers and Senior Project Controls staff.
• Influence staffing, resourcing, and delivery models.
• Contribute to internal tools, standards, and process improvements.
