Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Manager of Project Controls to oversee portfolio-level project controls delivery and governance. You will mentor senior staff, influence staffing models, and serve as a senior advisor to client stakeholders in major programs.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, 13+ years of experience with 2+ years in management, and strong experience with cost and schedule controls. Excellent communication and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred and professional certification valued.
• Thirteen+ years of related experience with two+ years of management experience required.
• Strong client relations, consulting capability and strategic oversight are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide portfolio-level oversight of project controls delivery.
• Establish delivery strategies, controls frameworks and governance structures.
• Serve as senior advisor to client stakeholders and counsel.
• Mentor and supervise Managers and Senior Project Controls staff.
• Influence staffing, resourcing and delivery models.
• Contribute to internal tools, standards and process improvements.
