KEITH Engineering Design is seeking a Senior Project Controls Specialist to join our team in Pompano Beach, FL. You will support executives and project managers with scheduling, accounting, and documentation to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Responsibilities include developing schedules with MS Project/Primavera, monitoring progress, managing billing and forecasting, and maintaining thorough project records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project controls, scheduling, accounting, or related role within Engineering/Construction.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Primavera and financial management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project or Primavera.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and financial targets; update schedules as needed.
• Lead project billing, revenue recognition, and cost forecasting.
• Prepare cost reports and variances; advise on corrective actions.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and closeout records.
