Qualifications

• Experience in project controls or related field preferred (0–2 years).
• Familiarity with project management processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules using MS Project or Primavera.
• Support project accounting tasks: billing, budgets, cost reports, and forecasts.
• Maintain project documentation including contracts, change orders, and correspondence.
• Collaborate with PMs and finance to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
