Job summary

KEITH Engineering Design in Pompano Beach, FL, is seeking a Project Controls Coordinator to support scheduling, accounting, and documentation across projects. The role collaborates with project managers and finance to develop schedules, monitor budgets, and ensure accurate invoicing and reporting.

You will maintain project records, assist with proposals and budgets, and help ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 0–2 years experience in project controls, scheduling, accounting, or documentation in Engineering/Architecture/Construction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules using MS Project or Primavera.
• Coordinate with PMs to monitor project progress and update schedules.
• Manage project billing, accounts receivable, and consultant billing.
• Prepare and analyze cost reports, variances, and corrective actions.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and closeout files.
