Job summary

Fluor is seeking a senior Project Controls leader to direct the program on large projects. You will implement Work Breakdown Structures, ensure data integrity, and communicate variances with mitigation plans to Project Management.

The role requires leadership in cost review, planning, and schedule management across complex engagements. The position targets professionals with extensive project controls experience, strong technical knowledge, and willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent with extensive related experience.
• Ability to communicate with management, coworkers, clients, and vendors.
• Knowledge of project controls, cost, and scheduling disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and direct the total Project Controls program on projects.
• Lead Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures and ensure data accuracy.
• Analyze cost/schedule variances and present mitigation plans.
• Contribute to proposals for cost or scheduling activities.
• Lead cost reviews and evaluate opportunities with management.
• Lead scheduling including critical path and float reviews.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
