Job summary

Amentum Nuclear Projects seeks a Project Controls Manager for the Spent Fuel Handling Project near the Naval Reactors Facility at Idaho National Lab, ~55 miles from Idaho Falls.

You will provide strategic leadership for cost engineering, forecasting, scheduling, reporting, and risk management, partnering with executives, operations, and project teams to drive predictable outcomes; mentor schedulers, cost engineers, and analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive project controls experience.
• Experience on large projects (> $500 million) and/or program with multiple small to mid-size projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be a US citizen.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain project budgets and cost control systems.
• Oversee baseline project schedules and monitor critical path activities.
• Produce executive dashboards and performance reports.
• Identify schedule risks, delays, and recovery opportunities.
• Lead and mentor project controls professionals and establish standards.
