Turner & Townsend in San Francisco (Hybrid) is seeking a Program Manager, Project Controls to lead governance, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting for large capital programs. The role requires extensive project controls experience within construction, strong leadership, and ability to collaborate across stakeholders.

The position reports to the Enterprise department and carries a salary range of USD 150,000 - 200,000 per year. On-site presence may be required; hybrid work is supported.

Qualifications

• Experience on large capital projects within A/E/C environments.
• Strong governance, PMO functions, stage-gate processes, and portfolio management.
• Experience with budgets, forecasting, cash flow, earned value management (EVM), and cost reporting.
• Proficient with spreadsheets, reporting tools, dashboards, and executive presentations.

Responsabilités

• Provide PMO oversight and establish governance, controls and reporting frameworks.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, earned value, and financial performance.
• Develop IMS schedules and consolidate contractor schedules into master programs.
• Produce monthly/quarterly portfolio reports and executive dashboards.
