Turner & Townsend is seeking a Program Manager, Project Controls (Hybrid) in the San Francisco area. The role focuses on PMO oversight, budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and governance across large capital programs.

You will lead reporting, risk analysis, and stakeholder engagement to ensure projects stay within approved budgets and timelines. The ideal candidate has significant experience in project controls within A/E/C environments, strong English communication, and a collaborative

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project controls, PMO, or cost management on large capital projects.
• Strong governance, budgeting, forecasting, EVM, and reporting experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide PMO oversight and establish governance processes, controls standards, reporting frameworks, and performance metrics.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and earned value reporting across programs.
• Develop IMS/schedule master schedules and monitor schedule integrity.
• Produce monthly/quarterly portfolio reports and dashboards with KPIs and risk insights.
• Interface with stakeholders, support contract administration and governance sessions.
