Qualifications

• Experience in cost-focused construction project controls.
• Experience on large, complex construction projects.
• College degree in construction, cost management, QS, engineering or related.

Responsibilities

• Progress each project monthly to monitor project controls and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Report milestones of planned value and earned value data, % complete, and provide commentary.
• Update forecast and schedule per progress discussions and attend status meetings.
• Develop, monitor and update the IMS owners; liaise with project stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
• Track and review change orders with project management and cost teams.
• Produce monthly management reports and ensure schedule integrity across projects.
