Project Farma is seeking a driven, organized Project Controls Senior Coordinator in Raleigh, NC. The role focuses on PSA administration, project and regional management support, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate reporting and timely invoicing.

You will manage multiple projects, maintain dashboards, assist with proposals, and provide backup for sales operations as needed. This is a fulltime on-site role requiring strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• PSA Administration: Set up and maintain projects in PSA, budgets, staffing plans, milestones, and timelines with Project Managers.
• Project Delivery Administration: Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and track action items across concurrent projects.
• Regional Administration: Support regional reporting, staffing, scheduling, and consolidated status updates.
• Proposal Support: Assist with proposal formatting, templates, timelines, and boilerplate content.
• Sales Operations (Backup): Maintain Salesforce proficiency to cover for the primary sales operations resource.
