Job summary

PerkinElmer is seeking Project Controls and Scheduling Engineers and Leads for Project Farma. The role involves leading detailed project plans, schedules, cost and risk analyses, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on life sciences projects.

Ideal candidates have 1–7 years in project controls, strong Excel skills, and experience with MS Project, Primavera P6, or Smartsheet. Willingness to travel domestically and reside in Southeast markets such as Raleigh/Greenville, NC or Huntsville,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in technical sciences, engineering, regulatory or related field.
Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Project, Oracle Primavera P6, or Smartsheet is a plus.
1–7 years of relevant experience in project controls, construction, or start-up environments.
Willingness to travel domestically for client projects.

Responsibilities

Summarize project plans and milestones.
Develop detailed execution schedules.
Track activities and report variances.
Prepare budget estimates and cost forecasts.
Produce risk, scope and change analyses.
Generate monthly project status reports.
Interface across Design, Construction, Validation, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering.
