Jacobs is seeking a Sr Project Controls Professional for ongoing on-site assignments across multiple U.S. locations.

The role emphasizes cost management, EVMS, forecasting, and close collaboration with construction teams and vendors to ensure accurate cost tracking throughout the project lifecycle. The position requires a decade and a half of project controls experience, strong analytical skills, and willingness to travel for on-site work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years in project controls focused on cost management and field operations.
• Familiarity with construction contracts, pay apps, and EVMS.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead setup, monitoring, and forecasting of project cost and progress.
• Manage cost control elements including budgets, scope changes, and forecasts.
• Maintain data in cost control systems and tools.
• Analyze revenue and cost performance and advise managers.
• Review contractor pay applications for contractual compliance.
• Track construction progress using Earned Value Management.
• Coordinate weekly progress data collection with contractors.
