Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite to drive reporting, documentation, and executive-level presentations.
• Foundational understanding of diverse construction contracting models and their implications for project cost management and financial reporting.
• Ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable executive summaries.
• Experience coordinating with engineering, procurement, contract, and construction teams to align milestones with budget allocations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and quality oversight of cost and scheduling direct reports.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, contract, compliance, and construction management teams to align milestones with budget allocations.
• Establish and enforce project controls procedures, reporting templates, and KPIs across the project lifecycle.
• Oversee development and maintenance of the project budget and cost allocation.
• Oversee validation of project schedules ensuring alignment between field execution and forecasting.
