Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor in Austin, Texas, seeks an Integration Project Manager Lead to own project controls, contractor onboarding, and material handling in a fast-paced fab environment.

You will manage design-to-construction handoff, track tool packages, and coordinate with internal teams and expat engineers, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining digital governance using ACC Assets/Forms and enterprise scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 10+ years of industry experience.
• 6+ years in project controls, scheduling, and technical integration.
• PMP certification highly preferred.
• Experience on-site with trade contractors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction contractor performance.
• Manage materials from design to construction.
• Coordinate contractor scope and design delivery.
• Communicate with FS construction partners.
• Lead team of 7 engineers and 5 PM contractors.
• Collaborate with expats on design strategy.
• Own ACC design communications with contractors.
• Report contractor headcount, quality, and safety metrics.
