Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor seeks a T1 FS Integration Project Manager Lead to own project controls, contractor onboarding, and materials handling in a fast-paced fab environment. You will synchronize design groups, general contractors, expat teams, and executives to ensure milestones are met.

The role emphasizes digital governance, asset tracking across ACC Assets/Forms and scheduling tools, with a strong focus on on-site execution and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of industry experience; semiconductor exposure preferred.
• 6+ years in project controls, scheduling, and technical integration; PMP preferred.
• Experience on-site with trade contractors and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction contractor performance.
• Oversee materials management from design to construction.
• Manage contractor scope and liaise with FS partners.
• Lead a team of 7 engineers and 5 project management contractors.
• Coordinate with expat engineers to execute design strategy.
• Own ACC design communication with internal/external contractors.
• Report contractor headcount, quality, and safety metrics.
