Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a T1 FS Integration Project Manager Lead to own project controls, contractor onboarding, and material handling in a fast-paced fab environment. You will bridge design release to construction hook‑up, manage ACC assets, and coordinate scope across design groups, contractors, expat engineers, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of industry experience.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.
• Experience on-site with trade contractors is required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for construction contractor performance.
• Oversee management and handling of materials from design to construction.
• Manage contractor scope assignment and delivery of design.
• Communicate with FS construction partners.
• Lead team of 7 engineers and 5 project management contractors.
• Work with expat engineers to develop and execute design strategy.
• Provide technical ownership of ACC for design communication with contractors.
• Report contractor headcount, quality, and safety metrics.
