Qualifications

• Experience leading cost and schedule controls across complex projects.
• Ability to present complex financial and schedule data to executives.
• Proficiency with MS Office for reporting and documentation.
• Knowledge of diverse construction contracting models and their implications.
• Experience in large-scale construction project controls.
• Ability to identify drivers and measure performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship across cost and scheduling disciplines.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, contract, compliance, and construction management teams.
• Establish and enforce project controls procedures, reporting templates, and KPIs.
• Oversee development and maintenance of the project budget and cost allocation.
• Validate project schedules and align execution with forecasted milestones.
• Lead risk identification and mitigation planning for schedule and cost.
• Serve as primary contact for executive reviews and contractor alignment meetings.
