Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Client Engagement Lead to coach important clients on maximizing value from nPlan and to collaborate with Product, Commercial, and AI teams. The role focuses on understanding client needs, setting up product value, and driving strategic projects to embed software across client organisations.

You will mentor clients on advanced features including LLM-based capabilities, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and occasionally travel to international clients as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in planning, risk, PMO or PM on major construction projects.
• Client-facing transformation experience with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of large schedules (P6) and their analysis.
• Experience implementing strategic projects improving organisational outcomes.
• Passion for applying technology to improve construction industry.
• Attention to detail; include the word crane in the application.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.
• Experience in software company or software in construction is a plus.
• Experience with LLM applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coach important clients on maximizing value from nPlan.
• Build, maintain, and grow relationships within client organisations.
• Understand client needs and pain points.
• Set up the product to bring maximum value to clients.
• Manage strategic projects improving product embedding within client organisations.
• Mentor clients on using advanced features, including LLM-based features.
• Collaborate with Commercial team to drive engagement, retention, and expansion.
• Work with Product Managers and AI Engineers on prototyping.
• Serve as a domain-expert link in the LLM evaluation cycle to ensure reliable analyses.
• Potentially line-manage more junior client engineers.
• Attend monthly client visits and team meetings in the London office, plus possible visits to international clients.
