Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a seasoned client liaison to maximise value from nPlan for major construction stakeholders. You will guide strategic adoption, deepen client relationships, and translate needs into product improvements while mentoring peers and aligning with commercial goals.

The role involves international travel for client visits, collaboration with product and AI teams, and remote work with occasional London-office presence.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3+ years of experience in planning, risk, PMO, or project management on major construction projects.
• Deep understanding of large construction schedules (P6), how they are built, and how to analyse them.
• Demonstrable experience implementing strategic projects that significantly improve an important organisational outcome.
• Passion for implementing technology to improve the construction industry.
• Attention to detail; application must mention the word “crane”
• Excellent relationship-building skills and customer focus
• Experience working in a software company or implementing software in a construction context (nice to have)
• Experience working with LLM applications (nice to have)
• Exposure to generative AI, personally or professionally
• Willingness to attend monthly client visits and team meetings in the London office while working remotely

Responsibilities

• Coach important clients on maximising the value they get from nPlan
• Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships within client organisations
• Understand client needs and pain points
• Set up the product to bring maximum value to clients
• Manage strategic projects improving product adoption within client organisations
• Mentor clients on advanced features, including LLM-based features
• Collaborate with the Commercial team to drive engagement, retention, and expansion
• Work with Product Managers and AI Engineers on prototyping
• Act as a domain-expert link in the LLM evaluation cycle to ensure reliable, accurate analyses
• Potentially manage and mentor more junior client engineers
• Attend monthly client visits and team meetings in the London office and potentially visit international clients
