Job summary

GAS Global Services seeks a Project Controls Lead in Richmond, VA to oversee the project controls organization for a major capital program in the life sciences sector. You will establish governance, manage cost estimates, schedules, risk, and performance reporting, and provide executive-level guidance to drive timely decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Extensive experience leading project controls in capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost, schedule, risk, and EV management.

Responsibilities

• Establish and govern project controls systems, processes, standards, and reporting frameworks.
• Oversee estimating, cost management, scheduling, risk management, change management, and reporting.
• Ensure accuracy and integration of cost, schedule, and performance data.
• Provide executive leadership with performance forecasts and risk insights.
• Integrate milestones across engineering, construction, CQV, startup, and GMP readiness.
• Lead independent oversight of contractor cost, schedule, forecasting, and reporting.
