Job summary

GAS Energy Staffing LLC seeks a Deputy Project Management Lead in Richmond, VA for a contract-hire role. The incumbent will support the Project Management Lead, coordinating engineering, controls, procurement, construction, CQV, and permitting teams to ensure delivery targets.

Responsibilities include leading all project phases, managing risks, and interfacing with clients and regulators. Requires extensive PM experience on large capital projects and familiarity with GMP-regulated facilities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of project/program management experience leading large capital projects ($500M TIC+).
• 10+ years supporting pharma/biotech/regulated facilities.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project delivery with scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and regulatory readiness.
• Monitor schedules, critical paths, milestones, and risks; implement corrective actions to meet targets.
• Manage interfaces with clients, contractors, consultants, and regulators to ensure effective communication.
