Job summary

KBR, Inc in Richmond, Virginia is seeking a Cost Control Manager to lead project cost management, oversee budgets, commitments, expenditures, forecasts and cost performance reporting across large capital projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 15+ years in cost control; you will develop EACs, cash flow forecasts, and provide analytical insights to client and PMC leadership, mentoring the cost control team and promoting best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Business, Project Management, or related.
Minimum 15 years of cost control, cost management, forecasting or project controls experience.
Experience managing project budgets, commitments, expenditures, forecasting, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead project cost management activities, including budgets, commitments, expenditures, forecasting and reporting.
Monitor performance against budgets, identify trends, variances, risks and opportunities.
Develop and maintain EAC, cash flow, and funding forecasts.
Provide cost analysis and reporting to client and leadership; coordinate cost collection.
