Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualifications include high school diploma / GED with extensive engineering and capital projects delivery experience, or an Associate/Bachelor/Master/Doctorate with corresponding years of experience.
• Experience in capital project delivery, managing cost control, scheduling, and compliance in life sciences/pharma environments.
• Strong analytic, communication, and leadership skills, with ability to work in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage, forecast, and track costs, schedules, estimates and risks for a portfolio of capital projects.
• Develop and monitor project controls, including funding through close out, and ensure policy compliance.
• Lead teams of cost managers and schedulers, coordinate with internal groups and external vendors.
