Aegis is seeking a Project Controls Engineer in New Albany, OH to provide scheduling support for our data center practice. You will develop, manage, and monitor CPM schedules and project control systems with a team of professionals.

Key duties include baseline schedules, progress updates, critical path analysis, risk reviews, and monthly reporting. Five+ years in project controls and Primavera P6 experience are required; on-site work is essential.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in project controls and CPM scheduling in vertical construction.
• Two+ years in project controls for data centers.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction, PM or related field (waived with 5+ years vertical construction).
• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Development, maintenance, and monitoring of construction CPM Schedules.
• Review project documents and specs to develop baseline schedules with all dates, activities, milestones.
• Perform progress schedule updates with reporting and narratives.
• Review schedules and provide recommendations to meet execution goals.
• Perform critical path analyses and identify schedule-related issues.
