Responsibilities

• Lead the Planning and Scheduling function for Amgen's capital project portfolio.
• Establish standardized planning processes and portfolio governance across multiple programs.
• Develop talent, mentor planning professionals, and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide portfolio-level analytics to support executive decision making.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and controls teams to ensure accurate reporting of schedules.
