Qualifications

• Experience in capital project delivery and project controls across estimating, cost management, scheduling, and compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate complex project details to varied audiences and lead teams.
• Experience using project controls in a matrixed environment with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage project controls from funding through close-out, ensuring compliance to processes.
• Develop project strategies and financing in collaboration with the Front-End Planning team.
• Negotiate pricing for subcontractor scopes and review engineer/contractor bids.
• Prepare monthly cost and project status reports for senior management on-site and corporate.
• Lead schedule development and reporting; monitor progress and cash flow for portfolio.
• Conduct risk analyses, escalation on project matters, and oversee closeout activities.
