Aegis Project Controls in New Albany, OH is seeking a Senior Project Controls Engineer to provide schedule support for data center projects, developing and maintaining CPM schedules and project control systems.

You will collaborate with client project managers and field teams to manage schedules, perform critical path analyses, and deliver monthly reporting while ensuring alignment with project goals. This is a full-time, on-site role in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in project controls and CPM scheduling within vertical construction.
• Two+ years in project controls for data centers.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction, project management, or related field (waived with 5+ years experience).
• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• On-site full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Development, maintenance, and monitoring of construction CPM Schedules.
• Review project documents and specifications to develop baseline schedules with dates, activities, milestones.
• Progress schedule updates with reporting and narratives.
• Review schedules and provide recommendations based on execution goals.
• Perform critical path analyses and propose corrective actions.
• Site walks for progress validation and monthly reporting packages.
• Review contractor progress and present to management.
• Develop metrics, KPIs, and benchmarks.
• Cost and resource management and reporting.
• Identify risks and impacts in project schedules.
• Communicate status and challenges to teams and stakeholders.
